As a matter of fact, yes we do. While all the analysis, design & development is carried out either in Sydney (Australia) for our Asia- Pacific clients or in Oklahoma (United States) for North American clients, we have a team in Islamabad (Pakistan) which assists in maintaining and providing support. The off-shore team is responsible for all after-hours enquiries allowing us to provide swift response to your needs and maintain regular maintenance of all client sites. All European clientele is also managed through them based on the time difference between the two regions.

We cannot offer support and maintenance based on the setup carried out by others. There are too many variables involved. But if you need support & maintenance, we can transfer your website to one of our Fast servers and sign you up. There is a charge of $300 +gst to import the website from it’s current hosting environment to ours. All work is carried out so that there is no interruption in the service from customers point of view. If you have a Ecommerce website, then please talk to us as that requires more work and precautions than a standard website.

Yes we do. Our graphics designers have created artwork including logos for clients around the world. We have also worked with leading brands such as LG to create flyers and other marketing materials for them. Our social media management team can also create artwork that you may require for facebook marketing.

Our Ecommerce website are based on WooCommerce that allows you to create multiple products, simple, complex or event virtual. To make it more customisable, we use some of our standard, Professional and Premium plugins to add extra functionalities. Using these plugins, you can easily sell on your website, Facebook, Google marketplace and even eBay from the dashboard of your website.
